Piece-of-Mind Guarantee from Crystal Water Systems

In addition to the manufacturer's warranty, Crystal Water Systems, Inc. guarantees that the equipment installed will perform as specified by the Water Quality Consultants or will be repaired/replaced at no charge. If for any reason we cannot treat your water as we specified, you are eligible for a 100% refund of all monies paid to Crystal Water Systems, Inc. The guarantee relates to the treated water immediately after our system. We shall not be held responsible should a problem arise with existing pipes in the home (i.e. galvanized pipes, etc). This applies only to the particular water problem the equipment was specified to correct (i.e., a neutralizer for raising the pH, or a softener for removing hardness). It should be noted that it is often necessary or desirable to use more than one type/piece of equipment to completely treat some water sources. This guarantee is valid for one (1) year from the date of installation and is in addition to the manufacturer’s warranty.
